It has 2 bedrooms with attached washrooms, 1 living area, 1 fully equipped kitchen and amazing exclusive 360° views from every room, even the bathroom. You will walk through a dark narrow alley on the first floor of Triveni Building, at the end of it you will come out of the darkness and find this tiny bright cottage full of light. This is a small compact space, right in the middle of the urban jungle of Mall Road. Suited for students and backpackers who are on a limited budget but want to stay in the heart of town, close to all the main attractions and happening places. To top it all it has a view to die for, which you wont find in the most expensive of hotels in town. This place is specially designed with a young crowd in mind. It has compact, vertically arranged sleeping arrangement and has limited storage space. It is old, minimal, basic and functional. Not recommended for families. LOCATED ON MAIN MALL ROAD in the heart of the city with most cafes, restaurants, shopping and sightseeing right around the corner. The famous Shimla Church is right in front of this place, along with the popular micro-brewery pub, the brew estate. To the other side of it there is the ropeway to Jakhoo hill. Just below this place is the Mall Road lift (the main entry point to Mall Road) along with the popular and plush Cafe Sol. Right outside the window is the Rani Jhansi Park, the largest and most popular park on Mall Road. Right at the entrance there is a cafe with a variety of easy fast foods and coffee. There are hundreds of other hotels and restaurants within a 100m radius. Basically this place is in the centre of all go two places in town. Live the #shimlalife like a local. You must be fit to walk a little to reach this place, since vehicles are not allowed to ply on Mall Road. This place is a short walk, 100m uphill from the Shimla Lift. TO ARRIVE: You must arrive at The Lift. Cars must be parked at the Multi-storey parking at lift. Then you must take the public lift for Mall Road. The lift closes at 9pm so if you arrive late you will have to walk all the way up to reach mall road. When you exit the lift, our place will be a 100m walk towards left(Uphill). There is a narrow alley and stairs that you must walk to reach this place. Most places including the Shimla Church, The Jakhoo Ropeway, popular Restaurants, Cafes, Pubs on Mall Road are easily walkable within a 100m radius. Railway Station/Victory Tunnel Bus Stop is a 2.5 km taxi ride from The Lift. The fare should be 150-200 per taxi ride. You can also alternatively take a longer moderately uphill walk via Ridge. For luggage help coolies are available at lift parking. This is a self use accommodation and we do not provide and food or helper service. Food can be ordered from many restaurants nearby. Coolies are easily available for luggage help. This place is ideal for bachelors, young couples, travellers and backpackers especially those who love to walk and carry minimal luggage. This is a rustic, very tiny and compact budget space in middle of the city. If you are looking for a high standard, lavish, spacious place, this is not the place for you. This stay is not convenient for families with infants, elders and lot of luggage. Since, some uphill walking is required to reach this place. Also, the access path is little crammed.
